The lingering sunny fall provided just the right conditions to allow intense sugars to develop in the pinot gris. The grapes were picked a full 32 days after the main harvest. Aromas of honeysuckle and pie spice. Pale gold in color, flavors of wild honey and peach emerge. The 7% residual sugar is balanced by starfruit acidity. Sublime with artisan cheeses and Rainier Cherry tart.
